La Scintillante 2026

La Scintillante is a charity run and walk in Lyon, France, held around the last weekend of September in Parc de la Tête d'Or. Participants can choose between a 5 km walk or a 9 km route for running or fast walking. The Centre Léon Bérard organizes the event, with each entry contributing to cancer research. The route follows the park’s paths and adjacent streets in central Lyon, creating a sense of a shared cause rather than a competitive race. Past events have attracted around 6,000 participants and raised over €400,000. These funds support the 700 researchers at the Centre Léon Bérard and raise awareness for cancer, offering support to patients, families, and caregivers.
