La Solid'Erdre is a spring charity race day in Sucé-sur-Erdre, held as part of Accessibility Week. It offers a timed 11 km nature race and a 5 km walk, with the walk open to everyone and free for children under 10.
The 11 km course uses roads and paths through the Sucé-sur-Erdre countryside and includes a passage on the island of Mazerolles. The 5 km walk stays in the town center and does not require a bib. Departures are from the Levant parking lot, and the local cross-training club leads a group warm-up before the race. The City of Sucé-sur-Erdre organizes the event, and profits go to disability and medical-research groups, including the Institut de Cancérologie de l'Ouest, Courir Avec, Hameau Sésame, Un copain comme les autres, and the Association des paralysés de France.
