La tranchée des loups - Moncel-lès-Lunéville 2026

La Tranchée des Loups is a night trail and walking event held in Moncel-lès-Lunéville, located in the Meurthe-et-Moselle region of northeastern France. Participants will enter the Mandon forest after sunset. Three course options are available: a timed 10 km trail, a timed 18 km trail, and a non-competitive 10 km walk. The course incorporates the forest environment and features the "tranchée des Loups," which lends the event its name. Moncel Oxygène is the organizing body. The evening commences with a collective Zumba warm-up prior to the staggered starts for each category. The event draws on local wolf symbolism and forest lore, using the motto “A me suivre, tu passes” and encouraging participants to follow the wolf’s tracks through a location rich in legends and narratives.
