La Tremblaysienne is a local road and nature race held in Le Tremblay-sur-Mauldre, a village in the Yvelines department of Île-de-France, near Paris. It takes place in early September and offers participants two distance options: a 7 km course and a 12 km course, with the 12 km being the more frequently chosen route.
The courses are not entirely flat; the 7 km route includes approximately 80 metres of elevation gain, and the 12 km route features about 230 metres of climbing. Bibs can be picked up on race morning starting at 8 am, presenting the event as a straightforward, community-focused race day.
