La Vourloise - Vourles 2027

La Vourloise is a March running event in Vourles, near Lyon, offering three course options instead of a single fixed race distance. The upcoming edition is the 22nd running, and the start area will be at the Vourles Football/Tennis sports complex due to renovation work at the usual sports hall. The courses are described as varied, playful, and sometimes tricky, designed to be enjoyable for a wide range of runners. The event relies on local club volunteers from La Foulée Vourloise, supports the charity Coquelicoté, provides participants with an eco-minded souvenir made from local products, and awards category winners food products from the Agro-Food High School workshop in Saint-Genis-Laval. A start-line tribute will honor David Pecoraro and Alain Tournier, individuals closely associated with La Foulée Vourloise and the organizing team.
