Le bastérou - Pujols 2026

Le Bastérou is a night trail race held in Pujols, a hilltop village in Lot-et-Garonne recognized as one of France's Most Beautiful Villages. Taking place during the holiday period, it offers participants two distance options: 13 km or 6 km. The event is organized by the local association Trail urbain villeneuvois. The course winds through paths and roads surrounding the village, providing a blend of trail running and village outskirts rather than a purely road-based event. As it takes place after dark, headlamps are required. Pujols is situated on heights overlooking the surrounding landscape, offering runners night-time views from an elevated position. A portion of each entry fee, one euro, is donated to charity.
