Le trail du bassac - Colomiers 2027

Le Trail du Bassac begins by the lake and the Perget dovecote in Colomiers, west of Toulouse. This nature-running event, organized by the Association Sportive de Course à Pied in Colomiers, takes place over a weekend in March. Its main events include a fast 10 km race, an 18 km trail run, and a 10 km hike. The event has been held for over a dozen editions. The 10 km course is smooth and fast, suitable for those new to trail running who prefer minimal climbing. The 18 km option includes around 250 m of elevation gain, with multiple uphill sections for a more challenging run. A 10 km night race on Saturday evening can be combined with a Sunday event, but not entered separately; participants require a headlamp and trail shoes. Post-race, Mac'Adam provides cheese, ham, sausage, and hot soup, contributing to a distinct local club-race atmosphere.
