Lekorneko Bidaia is a small mountain-running event in Mendionde, with both races starting from the village square in the morning. It offers two individual trail options on Mount Ursuya: a 10 km route with 500 m of climbing and a 15 km route with 750 m of climbing. The race is medium difficulty, suitable for experienced trail runners and those comfortable on natural terrain.
The course uses the tracks and paths of Mount Ursuya and has a hilly profile. The 10 km race is open from the cadet categories upward, while the 15 km starts at junior level. Entries are capped at 150 runners, and the event is organized by three students from Armand-David high school. Registration requires either a medical certificate or an accepted French Athletics Federation licence.
