Les Foulées Bleues is a Saturday-morning running and walking event held in the Ménasse area of Saint-Pierre-du-Mont, in southwest France. Stade Montois Omnisports organizes it with Adapei des Landes as part of the Landes month of autism. The program includes a 10 km race, a 5 km race, and a non-timed 5 km walk.
The 10 km race starts first, followed by the 5 km runners, and then the walkers. The event is designed for local club runners, casual runners, and those who prefer to walk. Short distances and low entry fees ensure accessibility. Its primary identity is the autism-month connection: the blue theme relates to that cause, and the partnership with Adapei des Landes provides a community purpose beyond the race results.
