Les Foulées Changéennes is a trail race in Changé, Sarthe, in France's Pays de la Loire region. It offers two loop courses: the Petite foulée at 10.1 km and the Grande foulée at 23.6 km. Typically held in early May, the event focuses on woods, paths, and fresh air, avoiding the bustle of road races. The shorter route is presented as a more relaxed option, while the longer one allows runners more time to disconnect in the forest.
The forest is central to the course, with both distances following natural trails near Changé. A portion of each entry fee supports a local charity, giving the race a community benefit. After the run, participants can explore nearby attractions such as the Abbaye de l'Epau, the historic streets of Le Mans and the Cite Plantagenet, or enjoy a walk along the water in the Arche de la Nature.
