Les foulées de l'Hourcancilloise is a running and trail race series in Carcans, Gironde, southwest France. The program offers road running distances and trail options: 21 km with 400 m of climbing, 10 km with 150 m, a 20 km trail with 400 m, and an 11 km discovery trail with 150 m. The schedule divides the day into afternoon and evening starts. The 21 km and 10 km races begin first, followed later by the two trail events. The longer races have enough elevation to require pacing, while the shorter 10 km and 11 km formats provide a less demanding option. Aquitaine Triathlon organizes the series.
