Les Foulées de Sarr উত্তেজনা is a mid-March trail race in Sarrigné, a commune in Maine-et-Loire, western France. Runners can select from short, middle, and long trail options. Current race information lists 6 km, 12 km, and 24 km routes. Some older listings show the shorter choices as 7 km and 13 km. Children’s and junior races are also held, making the event suitable for families and adult trail runners.
The routes go into the forest of Sarrigné, keeping the race on natural ground instead of city streets. The event supports Association Rêves, a French charity that helps seriously ill children. This provides a clear local cause for the day beyond the running itself. The event's tagline, “Une Foulée folle !”, conveys its informal, playful tone, positioning it as a community trail day rather than a polished big-city race.
