Les Foulées du Roc is a Saturday road race held in late November in Louvigné-du-Désert, a town in Ille-et-Vilaine, Brittany. The primary events are 10 km and 5 km road races certified by the FFA. Children’s and junior courses are also part of the program, meaning the event is not exclusively for adult club runners.
The 10 km race is the larger event, having recorded over 600 finishers in a past edition, while the 5 km has attracted more than 200. Both adult races are single-loop city courses utilizing electronic timing, with results provided by ChronoWest. This format caters to beginners seeking a manageable distance and experienced runners looking for a certified road race within a small Breton town.
