Les Ruelles de Seillans guides cyclists and walkers through the historic narrow lanes of Seillans, a hilltop village in the Var department of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. The event takes place in late March, starting from Place de la République. It offers timed circuits for mountain bikes and e-mountain bikes, alongside a non-timed heritage walk for those preferring to explore the village route without the pressure of racing.
The courses are brief yet demanding, incorporating cobblestone streets (calades), tight passages, and marked urban paths instead of open country trails. Distances range from 660 m to 3 km, with blue, red, and black difficulty levels. A route for very young children is available without prior booking, and relay participation is an option. S.V.N. and Lei Caminaîre organize the event, which extends into the village with refreshments, snacks, a food truck, and nearby local restaurants open for business.
