Luc of Course is a seaside road-running event in Luc-sur-Mer, on the Normandy coast in Calvados, featuring 5 km and 10 km races in late winter. The main races hold a Regional FFA label, allowing runners to qualify for the French championships. Children and juniors participate in their own shorter races before the main events.
The course winds through the streets of Luc-sur-Mer, incorporating the seafront, sand, and natural terrain, deviating from a simple urban loop. The routes are described as rolling, offering regional runners an opportunity for fast times while maintaining fitness between cross-country races. The event maintains a family atmosphere with youth races ranging from 450 m to 3 km, attracting approximately 1,600 participants by its fourth edition.
