The MacDo Racer Cup - Le Duathlon by OBT is a run-bike-run event held in Wirwignes, a village in Pas-de-Calais, Hauts-de-France. Taking place in April, it is organized by the Opale Badger Team with support from the municipality of Wirwignes and McDonald's. The event is part of the FFTri federal calendar and features two primary formats: a short Découverte race and a Duathlon S.
The Découverte race offers a 1.2 km road run, a 6.7 km road cycle, and a 1 km run on mixed grass and road terrain. It is open to younger age groups, juniors, seniors, and masters. The Duathlon S is for cadets through masters and includes 220 meters of elevation gain. Races are conducted on public roads or roads temporarily closed to traffic, giving it the feel of a local village race on actual streets rather than a closed circuit. An older XXS format is noted as discontinued or awaiting a future date.
