May'Etik Trail is a Saturday trail-running series in Saint-Jean-sur-Mayenne, Mayenne, France, typically held in early June. The adult program provides four distances: recent race information lists 80, 40, 20, and 10 kilometers, with earlier formats also showing options from 7 to 50 kilometers. The long race begins before dawn at 5:00 AM, while shorter races start later, spreading the event across a full Saturday.
The routes are adjusted to guide runners onto local trails, utilizing woods, riverside paths, and château country near Saint-Jean-sur-Mayenne. The longer options present significant challenges: one 50 km route includes 860 meters of climbing, and another course featured over 1,200 meters of elevation gain. Approximately 800 runners have participated across the four distances, drawing individuals from the Grand Ouest and Paris regions, accommodating both novice and experienced competitors. Since 2023, May'Etik Trail has also partnered with Solidaires en Peloton, a charity supporting multiple sclerosis research, allowing runners to contribute a donation during registration.
