Mons'Trail is a Sunday trail-running event held in Mons, a commune in Haute-Garonne near Toulouse. The event offers three trail distances: La Seillonne (23 km with 500 m elevation gain), La Pigasse (14 km with 250 m), and La Trinchant (4.4 km with 50 m). It also features two children’s races through the streets of Mons and the Mons’lip, a 2.4 km folk parade run in underwear by participants of the main trail races.
The races utilize the paths and trails surrounding the village. The 23 km route goes through Mons' centre midway before the more challenging climbs near the end. Organizers advise runners on this longer course to manage their pace, as the difficulty increases late in the race. The 14 km race is suitable for trained runners and is part of the Challenge Levy Trail, while the 4.4 km option provides a shorter goal for beginners and those seeking speed. All adult finishers receive a fresh local beer from Brasserie de la Seillonne. The Foyer Rural of Mons organizes the event with support from the town hall.
