Mud Girl Paris 2026

Mud Girl Paris is a women-only 5 km obstacle race held in Jablines, Seine-et-Marne, east of Paris. Beginning in the morning, the event centers on mud, physical challenges, and a charity cause, making the day as much about solidarity as about completing the course. The route features a series of obstacles designed to test endurance, strength, and persistence, with ample opportunities to get dirty. Both beginners and experienced athletes participate, and following the race, the lake at Jablines offers participants a place to recover nearby.
