La Noctambule Penchardaise is an evening trail race in Penchard, a village in Seine-et-Marne east of Paris, with runners setting off around 6 p.m. Its main race is a 16 km off-road run, and the program can also include a night trail, a walk, and shorter or longer options such as 10 km and 20 km.
The route stays in nature, running between woods and fields rather than on city streets. Marking is important: signs, arrows, LED tubes, and kilometer posts guide participants through the dark. LA TEAM EX AEQUO organizes the event, which has been linked with the Telethon, and the race follows French Athletics Federation rules.
