Raidlight Winter Trail 2027

Raidlight Winter Trail is a snowy trail-running weekend held in Saint-Pierre-de-Chartreuse, a ski village within the Chartreuse massif of Isere, France. It takes place in late January, offering races from approximately 10 km to 25 km, with both evening and morning starts. The primary Winter Trail is the weekend's longest race, approximately 25 km with 1200 to 1350 metres of elevation gain. This distance allows for a hard effort while still providing a distinctly mountainous feel. Participants from the Espoir age category can enter, and the races contribute to the UTMB Index. The courses traverse high-altitude forest trails, with snow expected as a condition rather than an unexpected obstacle.
