Rallye Des Landes - Montagny 2026

The Rallye des Landes - Montagny is a mountain-bike rally held at l'ecole des Landes on Route du Betard in Montagny, within the Rhone area near Lyon. Organized by the Club cycliste de la banlieue lyonnaise, a club affiliated with the FFCT, it functions as a marked off-road route rather than a closed-course race. Participants can select more challenging VTT routes of 44 km with 1,000 m elevation gain and 54 km with 1,300 m elevation gain. A 35 km gravel and family VTT option provides a shorter ride with 650 m of climbing. The event also offers walking routes of 11 km and 17 km, catering to non-mountain bikers as well. Registration takes place on the morning of the ride, with varied fees for licensed riders, non-licensed riders, and those under 18. Minors require parental consent. Helmets are compulsory, and all riders must adhere to standard road regulations. Each participant is considered to be on a personal outing, responsible for their own civil liability insurance. The course is marked with CCM arrow beacons, supplemented by ground markings at potentially confusing points.
