Roc'n Trail Verdon takes place over a September weekend in Castellane, a village in Provence's Verdon region. It is part of the Challenge des Trails de Provence, combining a short uphill race on Saturday with three longer trail runs on Sunday. The weekend begins with a staggered-start 1.2 km climb gaining 150 m of elevation, followed by mountain courses of 9 km, 22 km, and 40 km.
The 40 km Trail des Cadières, with 2,000 m of climbing, features a section along Lake Castillon. The 22 km Trail de Barcel, ascending 1,200 m, runs above Castellane, offering views of Castillon and Chaudane lakes. The 9 km Trail des Blaches, with 450 m of climbing, is for runners seeking elevation above the village without the full mountain distance. Prizes are awarded for the Saturday climb and the three Sunday races. Registration is managed via Sportips, with Roc'n Trail Verdon publishing race details.
