At Rotatrail, the 24 km runners start first, with the 11 km runners and 11 km walkers beginning shortly after. This early March trail race and hike takes place in Estillac, Lot-et-Garonne, southwest France, featuring three clearly marked and secured routes.
The 24 km trail includes 250 m of climbing. The 11 km trail is shorter but has more elevation gain on paper, with 300 m. The 11 km walk has 250 m of climbing. The timed races use chip timing and official rankings. The walking option allows non-racers to participate in the same event. For the timed races, runners require a recent French PPS health document or an FFA license. This ninth edition offers food and drink stations on all routes and at the finish, and includes a company challenge.
