La Route Thermale Cycliste is a road cycling cyclosportive held in Contrexéville, Vosges, in France's Grand Est region, with connections to nearby Vittel. It takes place in early May, beginning outside the Contrexéville town hall. Participants can select between a shorter route, approximately 75 to 85 km, and a Grande Route Thermale of 125 km; the entry fee is 35 EUR.
The routes are characterized as hilly, incorporating natural and mountainous elements suited to the Vosges landscape. The shorter option is presented as a demanding yet approachable ride, whereas the 125 km route presents a greater challenge. The long course has a 09:00 start time, with the shorter route starting later. The cyclosportive is open to all participants and is organized by the association La Route Thermale Cycliste.
