The Run and Bike de Sarreguemines is a team event for pairs held in Sarreguemines, Moselle, within France’s Grand Est region. The entire race takes place in the Buchholz forest. It typically occurs in late March and follows the Bike and Run format, where two teammates share the effort by switching between running and cycling. The primary XS race is 12 km and is open to juniors and older participants, with shorter team courses available for younger racers.
The Sarreguesmines Triathlon Club organizes this event, featuring a straightforward program for adults, juniors, and children. The 12 km race begins in the morning, followed by a 4 km course for ages 10-13 and a 2 km course for ages 6-9. An additional youth event covers 6 km for ages 14-17. Team entry fees are 25 euros for adult pairs and 10 euros for child pairs, reflecting the local, club-organized character of the race.
