The SCO Angers Run is a road race in Angers, Maine-et-Loire, France, scheduled for early April. Supported by SCO Angers Athlé and directed by Aldric, it features 5 km and 10 km races on certified courses. The event caters to both recreational runners and those seeking personal bests, with fast, undulating routes suitable for beginners, club members, and social running groups.
The courses traverse Angers and the adjacent town of Beaucouzé, providing a mix of urban and suburban scenery. The inaugural event included a distinct 10 km competition for firefighters, military, and police, in addition to the public 5 km and 10 km races. Over 1,800 participants took part in the first edition, which re-established a competitive running event in Angers after a hiatus. Clément Panché and Théo Moussu were the initial victors, and organizers intend to pursue an FFA label for a future event.
