The Semi-Marathon de Bazas-Langon is a point-to-point road race held in Gironde, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, southwest France, in early March, connecting Bazas and Langon. The primary event is a half marathon (21.1 km), with a 12 km option also available, allowing participants to run the Bazas-to-Langon course on race day.
The course begins in Bazas and concludes in Langon, crossing the Bazas countryside towards the vineyards near Langon. It features varied terrain, not a flat, straight city course, with approximately 176 meters of elevation gain, 256 meters of descent, and a peak elevation around 128 meters. Forests and vineyard roads shape the route. This event, now in its 36th year, is integrated into the local athletics community via Stade Langonnais Athletisme.
