The Semi-marathon du Pont Rouge takes place in late April in Sérignan, a coastal town in the Hérault department of Occitanie, southern France. The primary event is a 21.1 km half marathon with a regional label. Additionally, there is a 10.5 km race named la St Genies, a 10.5 km Nordic or open walk, and shorter races for children and juniors.
The half marathon course consists of two loops of similar length through vineyards. One loop follows the right bank of the Orb river, and the other follows the left bank. The route features minimal elevation gain and includes the Passerelle St Roch, a bridge offering river views as runners cross. The event caters to a wide range of participants beyond just half-marathon specialists, with formats for walkers, 10.5 km runners, teenagers, and younger children. Untimed, non-ranked races are available for the youngest age groups. The city also arranges a group warm-up, and osteopaths are available at the event.
