THCN - Traversée des Hautes Côtes-de-Nuit - Brochon 2027

THCN, Traversée des Hautes Côtes de Nuit, is a trail race series held on the heights of Brochon in Burgundy. The races take place from late afternoon into the evening. Adult runners can choose between 27 km, 16 km, or 9 km loops. A separate 9 km walk is offered for those who prefer the same setting at a slower pace. All adult races and the walk begin and end in the park of Brochon castle, establishing a distinct local starting point. The long race ascends 850 m over 27 km, the middle race climbs 400 m over 16 km, and the 9 km route includes 270 m of elevation gain. Children participate in their own races prior to the adult events, with 1 km, 2 km, and 3 km options available by age group. This event marks its 14th edition, signifying its status as an established local tradition.
