Tour de Méry is a road race in Méry-sur-Oise, starting at Stade municipal Bernard Gambier on Chemin de l'Eglise, across from the Pablo Neruda school. It provides two distances, 10.2 km and 3.2 km, both beginning in the afternoon, suitable for those seeking the main race or a shorter local run.
Both courses present a similar challenge: three 200-meter hills, a downhill stretch through town, a woodland path, and 2 km alongside the Oise river. The field numbers around 250 runners, contributing to its local character. Now in its 37th edition, the race also includes a Val d'Oise challenge or trophy.
