The Trail Blanc Joux-Plane in Samoens is a 9 km night race held on the Joux Plane Nordic ski area above Samoens. Participants navigate snow-covered tracks using headlamps, making it resemble a short winter trail run more than an extended mountain ultra. This is the first edition, designed with an accessible format for trail runners seeking a winter race that doesn't involve extreme distances.
