The Trail de Glanum - Traversée des Alpilles is a late-February trail event held in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, located in the Bouches-du-Rhône department of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. This local event offers a variety of distances for participants: 10 km, 15 km, 25 km, and a marathon. Additionally, a 10 km walk is available for those who prefer to enjoy the day without competing.
The courses traverse from Saint-Rémy into the Alpilles massif, featuring wooded paths, rocky trails, and elevated ridge sections overlooking the town. The race is named after Glanum, an ancient Roman city now an archaeological site near Saint-Rémy. Approximately 1,500 runners participate, and registration often closes before the event weekend.
