Trail de l'Abbaye de Savigny 2027

The Trail de l'Abbaye de Savigny is a trail race held in mid-April in Savigny, located in the Rhône department within France's Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. The race takes place in the Monts du Lyonnais, offering participants two route options: a 12 km path suitable for a more relaxed forest run, and a more demanding 25-26 km route featuring increased elevation and tougher ground for those seeking a greater challenge. The event focuses on natural surroundings, woodland trails, and the local topography, distinct from road races. The course direction alternates with each edition, providing a varied experience for repeat participants on the same landscape. Team Ferrière Fleurs now manages the race, taking over from RAMS after their 15-year tenure. The event utilizes SG CHRONO for timing and offers optional live GPS tracking for remote viewing by supporters.
