Trail de la bixintxo - Ciboure 2027

Trail de la Bixintxo is an urban trail in Ciboure, set during the local Bixintxo festivities. It is organized by the parent-teacher associations of Ciboure schools, with support from the City. The program includes events for various age groups, not just adults: a 10 km race for adults, a 3 km race for teens, a free children's race for ages 5-10, and a 6.5 km walk. The route runs through the town, making the adult race a short urban trail rather than a mountain course. Registration is straightforward and local: online sign-ups are managed by PB Organisation, and runners can also register at the fronton on race day. Food and drinks will be available on site. The event raises funds for the Zurekin association and the school parent-teacher associations, fostering a strong community connection around Ciboure's schools and families.
