Trail de la chesnaie - Val d'Orger 2026

The Trail de la Chesnaie is a winter trail race held at the Domaine de la Chesnaie in Val d'Orger, Eure, Normandy. Participants can select from 10 km, 15 km, or 24 km distances, suitable for novice trail runners and those seeking a local challenge. The 24 km course features approximately 400 meters of elevation gain, providing a substantial trail challenge without becoming a mountain event. The event, in its early editions, maintains a community focus over a large commercial feel. A hiking option was introduced early on, allowing non-runners to participate. Approximately forty volunteers and twenty sponsors support the race, contributing to a convivial atmosphere as noted in local coverage.
