Trail des 3 Provinces à Clisson 2026

Trail des Trois Provinces, or T3P, is a trail running event held in Clisson, a town in Loire-Atlantique located approximately 30 kilometers from Nantes. Taking place in mid-September, it features multiple race distances, ranging from approximately 11-12 km to a 60 km option, alongside an 18 km Nordic walk. One of the shorter races is conducted at night, aligning with the town’s association with metal music and the Hellfest festival. The start line is situated beneath the Lemmy Kilmister statue in Hellfest’s War Zone, contributing to a festival atmosphere rather than a typical village race. The courses transition from paved roads to fields, paths, woodlands, vineyards, and areas with ferns, passing by local sites such as the Château de L’oiselière, the grottes d’Héloïse, the moats of the Château de Clisson, and the Chaintrau stream. Participants can also experience the region’s wine heritage, with local wine cellars in proximity.
