Trail des castors - Florange 2027

The Trail des Castors is a 11.6 km nature race held at the Bétange complex in Florange. It begins at 10:00 AM with a 10 EUR entry fee. Organized by the Florange Olympic club athlétisme, the event focuses on short-distance trail running, distinct from long mountain races. It attracts adults for the main event and also offers races for children, making it suitable for a broader audience than just regular trail runners. The course winds through the forests of Hayange and Florange, providing a compact woodland path near the town. Aid stations are located at km 5 and the finish line, offering drinks and fruit. Recent races have seen between just over one hundred and more than two hundred finishers. One edition recorded 355 starters, a notable figure for a local winter trail of this scale.
