Trail des Duos is a pairs trail race held in Saint-Bihy, a village within the Côtes-d'Armor region of Brittany. The primary 9 km race takes place in early July, with teams consisting of two men, two women, or a mixed pair. Approximately 200 pairs are anticipated at the Hameau du Bois starting point, and the Saint-Bihy en fête local association organizes the event.
The course follows private and communal paths surrounding Saint-Bihy, featuring a recent 9 km layout around the pond and along the Gouët river. Éric Tesson and his team developed this updated course, which serves as the main attraction. The event also includes an adapted race option and a walk, broadening its appeal beyond dedicated trail runners. Food, beverages, and on-site catering are provided, contributing to the atmosphere of a small community gathering alongside the race.
