Trail des Limaces is a March trail-running event held in Blausasc, a village in the Alpes-Maritimes situated above the Paillon country. Participants can select between the 22 km Trail des Limaces and the 12 km Speed Limaces. Both races commence at 09:00. The longer race is designated for adults, while the shorter race is open to runners aged 16 and older. Entry fees correspond to the race distances, costing €22 and €12 respectively.
The routes traverse the paths surrounding the commune, with course design attributed to Stéphane Giodanengo. A local characteristic of this region in France is that ascents typically precede descents. La Blausascoise organizes the event. One past edition attracted over 500 participants across all races. The event has also featured a children's Chibi-limaces race, a handi-trail using a joëlette, and a non-competitive walk with approximately 70 participants, indicating it caters to more than just fast runners competing in the Trail nature 06, Spiridon, and Pays des Paillons challenges. Alongside the races, activities for families have included inflatable play areas, socca, coffee stops, and electric bike rentals.
