Trail du calvaire - Knutange 2026

The Trail du Calvaire begins and ends at the Parc Municipal de Knutange in Moselle, located in France's Grand Est region. This nature trail race offers two timed distances: 12 km with 350 m of elevation gain, or 24 km with 700 m of elevation gain. Aid stations are available along the courses, and official timing is provided for participants seeking a recorded result. The 12 km course crosses the local mining area, while the 24 km route extends to La Castine. Both courses wind through forests and sites connected to the region's mining history, grounding the race firmly in Knutange's identity rather than presenting it as a standard forest run. A complimentary family race runs concurrently with the main events, welcoming all participants and offering a way for non-racers and younger individuals to engage with the day.
