Trail du facteur - Maxou 2027

Trail du Facteur is a trail-running event held in the small village of Maxou, located in the Lot department of southwest France, near the Causses du Quercy. The name derives from the old postman’s paths that the routes traverse, and the race provides three distances: Le Timbré at 25 km, Le Recommandé at 14 km, and Le Colissimo at 9 km. The courses consist of technical trails in the Quercy hills. Even the shorter distances involve significant elevation changes: approximately 1,200 m of gain on the 25 km route, around 400 to 450 m on the 14 km route, and about 200 m on the 9 km route. The event also features a 9 km hike and Nordic walk, welcoming walkers alongside runners. The postal-themed names lend the series a local, playful character.
