Trail du lac - Putanges-le-Lac 2027

Trail du Lac is a trail-running event held in Putanges-le-Lac, Orne, Normandy. Lac de Rabodanges lends its name to the race. Activ'Orne organizes the event each March, featuring two timed races: Le Val Dingue (12 km) and Le Val d'Enfer (26 km). The 26 km course includes 1,300 meters of elevation gain, presenting a significant challenge. The courses traverse local hills and technical paths surrounding the lake. The 26 km route is designed for experienced trail runners. Additionally, La Facilac, an 8 km non-timed hike-trail, is available for a broader audience. This hike-trail is unique as it follows a point-to-point route instead of a loop. It begins at the Putanges embarkment, with participants having the option to arrive by cruise boat. Though a recent addition, the event attracts nature-running enthusiasts seeking challenging terrain and an intimate exploration of the Rabodanges region.
