The Trail du Moulin de la Sée is a Normandy trail-running weekend held in the Haute Vallée de la Sée, situated between Brouains and Juvigny-le-Tertre. It features several races across two days, with distances ranging from approximately 11 km to 21 km, and participants can compete solo or in pairs. The event has attracted over 230 runners. Children from the local Deux Vallées public school participate in their own sports activities. The Association sportive et culturelle du tertre organizes the event.
The courses traverse the small-valley terrain surrounding the Sée, Brouains, and Juvigny-le-Tertre, incorporating hollow lanes, forests, thickets, fields, accessible tracks, and brief sections of country road. The 11 km loop begins in Juvigny-le-Tertre, on a ridge between the Sée and Sélune valleys, and involves a climb of about 250 m. The 18 km nature race starts at 2 Rue du Moulin in Brouains, concludes on Rue des Ecoles in Juvigny-le-Tertre, and includes approximately 600 m of elevation gain without any water crossings. An 18 km relay is also offered, with the handover point at La Megretière after 9 km. Additionally, a short vertical-kilometer-style race ascends 100 m over 1 km, presenting a distinctive mountain-race concept for this region of Normandy.
