Trail du Pays Bleu is a February trail event held in Renazé, located in the Mayenne department of Pays de la Loire, France. Instead of a mountain setting, the race highlights the region's slate-mining heritage. Its three primary distances are named Trail du Mineur (8 km), Trail de l’Ardoisier (15 km), and Trail du Galipot (24 km). A 15 km Nordic walk is also offered, making the event accessible to both walkers and runners.
The course crosses the trails of the Lourzais forest, guiding participants through the slate quarry and mine landscape surrounding Renazé. The event includes youth races with 1.5 km and 3 km options available alongside the adult distances. UPAC Renazé organized the inaugural edition, attracting nearly 600 participants of various ages, a notable turnout for a local trail event focused on forest paths and mining history.
