Trail du Pays d'Argonne 2027

Trail du Pays d'Argonne is a mid-April trail-running event held in Sainte-Menehould, within the Marne department of France's Grand Est region. The races traverse the Argonne forest, offering three marked trail distances: 12 km, 26 km, and 45 km. Walking options are also available, with 12 km and 26 km routes included. The short race is designed for accessibility, while the longer courses feature significant elevation gain: the 26 km route includes approximately 730 meters of ascent, and the 45 km route has around 1,150 meters. Participants should anticipate forest paths, mud, and hills, differing from typical road-race environments. This event marks its 18th edition, with photographic records extending over ten years, attracting more than 100 participants, alongside walkers and volunteers, contributing to its community-focused atmosphere.
