Trail Hivernal de la Moselotte THM 2027

The Trail Hivernal de la Moselotte, or THM, takes runners into the Vosges mountains from Cornimont in Grand Est, France, in late February. This winter trail event offers three distances: the 14 km mini THM with 620 m of elevation gain, the 28 km THM with 1,200 m of gain, and a 38 km option also with 1,200 m of gain. This is not a casual jog: the organizers target trail runners with some experience, and the weather can bring cold, rain, snow, or strong wind at higher elevations. The 28 km race is a UTMB Index 20K race and has seen nearly 300 finishers, while the event is also listed for the Trophée des Vosges. COHM organizes the race, and the 38 km course was added after the shorter formats were established.
