Trail kalonad Landudal 2026

Trail Kalonad Landudal guides runners and walkers to Landudal, Finistere, for a July morning of trail running and hiking in the Odet valley. The event offers multiple options: trail races of 5, 14, and 24 km, along with walking routes of 8 and 14 km. A longer Trail XS format is noted at approximately 30 km with about 400 m of elevation gain. This is a community-focused event, not an elite competition, attracting hundreds of participants, with around 800 runners and walkers in a recent year. The course crosses the rural landscape surrounding the Odet valley, with the day centered on paths, local terrain, and suitable distances for both runners and hikers. The event has been held annually since 2005 and supports the Kerpape rehabilitation center in Ploemeur, with proceeds directed towards hand-bikes and adapted sports equipment. Organizers view bib purchases as a solidarity contribution; a recent edition generated 3,500 euros for Kerpape.
