Trail MDBN - Cieux 2027

The Trail MDBN - Cieux begins at the Logis des Treilles municipal campsite in Cieux, Haute-Vienne, and takes place in March through the Monts de Blond. Participants can choose from three main trail distances: 10 km, 20 km, and 30 km. A discovery race is also available around the campsite for younger runners, featuring shorter laps for the youngest children and more laps for older ones. The routes traverse wooded paths in the Limousin countryside, passing numerous ponds. The terrain offers sufficient climbing for a genuine trail running feel without becoming overly demanding. The course includes local sites like the Rocher des Fées and the ponds of Fromental. Some paths are part of the department’s official hiking-route plan. The event aims to showcase the heritage and landscape of the Monts de Blond, appealing to adults seeking a moderate challenge and families participating in the discovery races.
