The Trail nocturne de Vervins is a night trail race beginning at Place du General de Gaulle in Vervins, Aisne department, northern France. Participants select routes of approximately 8 or 12 km, with a walking option available. This event is a brief evening run, not an all-day mountain trail. Entry fees are reasonable, with separate pricing for race distances and the walk. Registration is managed through Chronolap. The course winds through Vervins' streets, paths, and less-traveled areas, giving it an urban trail character rather than a pure road race. Organizers characterize it as engaging and diverse, incorporating some challenges despite its short distance. Following the finish, participants have the option to pre-book a hot meal. Numerous prizes will be awarded. The race collaborates with the Pays de Thierache tourist office and is now in its eighth year.
